Dunkin' - Cordova

My entire order was incorrect. I ordered a pumpkin iced coffee and received caramel instead. I requested American cheese on my sandwich, but they gave me white cheddar. Instead of hash browns, I got someone else's egg packs. The sourdough bread tasted like gum.

This was our third and last time I will ever visit this restaurant! the hired were rude, unwilling and laughed at me and my family, because I thought how they were dealing with the situation was cruel. the manager, monica, was confrontational and the young one who excited us wanted to argue the manager was 100 ok with all these terrible acts when I explained that we waited until we had eaten before they realized that they had forgotten to make our coffee and that he did not hear and ruined our order. even after that, the employees were so unprofessional and made loud and rude comments. When I asked about a bag because I refused to reveal my family to a funny tomorrow donuts on an evil hit like experience, the manager would not give me the bag until I asked her “right”! I tell them this place is a embarrassment for all DD facilities.

The service is slow, even if no one in the drive thru or inside. waits near five minutests in the drive thru, before just inside.

I asked for a simple ice cream with caramel, cream and sugar. what I received was disgusting, a cup saw. sugar packed on the floor. hardly the real coffee could have thrown him in the garbage.

Today, before taking my son to soccer, I purchased four iced coffees and two wake-up wraps. Unfortunately, my son's coffee, which was supposed to be decaf with caramel, was not decaffeinated and tasted like pure coffee, almost making him throw up. My husband and sister both ordered caramel coffees meant to have cream and five sweeteners, but they too tasted like plain coffee with no flavor at all. As for my drink, I ordered an unsweetened toasted almond with five sweeteners and milk, but they spilled coffee all over me, leaving me with wet pants for soccer. Even after they replaced my coffee, it was still incorrect, and we ended up having to throw everyone's drinks away when we arrived at the field. What a waste of money and an awful experience! Over the years, Dunkin' Donuts has really declined.
