Back Yard Burgers - Cordova

The sandwiches are made according to the staff's preferences rather than the customers'. I ordered two blackened chicken sandwiches with just cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. The first one was prepared incorrectly, so I sent it back. The second sandwich had tough meat, and the cheese wasn’t melted. Overall, I had a really disappointing experience given the high prices.

The bathrooms were as tidy as they could be considering their state, but the floor was so greasy that it was hard to walk. Moreover, there were two panels missing from the wall near the sink, and they seemed to have mold, which was particularly concerning since I had just ordered food. I've never experienced such poor conditions at a Backyard Burgers before, and it's troubling to think that a health department inspection hasn't occurred here.

The doors were locked, and since there was no one at the drive-thru, I thought my visit would be brief. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. I ended up waiting 10 minutes for just two burgers and some fries. It was quite frustrating to see the employees standing around without doing anything.

Customer service is essential nowadays. The drive-through staff has consistently provided excellent service, and the food is reliably good, with the fries always served hot.

I ordered the #5 mac and cheese burger, and I must say, even though I'm not typically a burger person, this one surprised me with how tasty it was! The fries were also fantastic. It's a shame we no longer have BYB in Oklahoma.
