Wendy's - Coral Springs

I've never been to such a delightful establishment before. It's a fantastic spot right in the heart of Coral Springs. The place was immaculate, and the staff was incredibly polite, making me eager to return. The food was excellent as well!

The customer service here leaves much to be desired. While not all employees are unfriendly, many seem to lack warmth. Unfortunately, management tends to overlook the misconduct of their staff. For example, if you're looking for ketchup in the lobby, you might be waiting months for someone to restock it.

I ordered a house-style chicken sandwich, but it was dry and tough. There was only one other person dining beside us. I wouldn't recommend going back to Wendy's.

Customer service was great, the food was good and the place was clean.

23 minutes in the drive through just to get and find the baconator large meal that my son wanted they gave me a grilled chicken sandwich. No receipt in my bag or handed to me so I have no way to argue the order. Three Wendy's in my area none can give the correct orders.
