Ramblewood Diner - Coral Springs

We both began our meal with Matzo Ball Soup. The soup itself was delicious, and the Matzo Balls had the perfect consistency, although they were a bit on the bland side. The Challah was incredibly moist! I chose the meatloaf and, to be honest, I was a little apprehensive because diner meatloaf can be hit or miss. However, it turned out to be fantastic, and the portions were enormous—three generous slices with a delightful gravy on top! My husband ordered a club sandwich made with freshly sliced turkey, not the deli kind, which was a real treat for him. He is quite particular about French fries, but he said they were excellent! For dessert, I opted for the sugar-free apple pie that came with my dinner. I appreciated their selection of sugar-free desserts, including three different sugar-free ice creams! The pie was absolutely delicious. Our server, Catherine, was friendly and helpful, providing honest recommendations about the menu items we inquired about. The waitstaff seemed to work well together and assisted each other whenever necessary. The restaurant was larger than I expected, and considering you never know what to expect at a diner, I thought this place was fantastic!
