Pollo Tropical - Coral Springs

Asked for a tropichop with beans and one without. Gave me both with beans and one small and one large. What’s the point of having someone take an order outside on an iPad if they can’t get the order right?

This is the worst Pollo tropical in Florida. We are local to Coral Springs and we try to go here and every time hope it will be better than the last time, but it is a terrible experience every single time.Today, the steak was as hard as a rock in the grillmaster trio. My children’s chicken ok the tropichop was also super dry. They refused to eat it.The garlic sauce containers contained 1/2 a tablespoon of sauce in them. I understand cutting costs, but this is not the way to do it. My dog wouldn’t even eat the churrasco.This is unacceptable. The fact that this place is still open in Coral Springs is a shame. I’m going to do everything in my power to get this place shut down, including reporting that their dirty restaurant to the health department. Coral Springs deserves better

So I have been to this location several times and after today just amazes me how EVERYTIME I GO they totally don't listen to a word you say and totally don't believe in pleasing the customer and giving the PAYING Customer what they ask for..so what I mean is..last few times when I got a Half Chicken-ALL White meat. I asked for it NOT to be well done and to give me Chicken OFF the grill that I csn see in front of me..NOT the chicken that is WELL done on the TOP rack and been laying there drying out..well first off almost like clockwork..No matter how many times I SAY ALL WHITE MEAT..they give me half chicken with Dark Meat..and OFF the top grill well done! Today I ordered the BONELESS Breasts meal..they had tons on the grill fresh and juicy and about to come off..I told the MANAGER I wanted the chicken OFF the grill..he tried to tell me he has fresh chicken just like that..hot n juicy in the tin already..I told him I want the chicken OFF THE GRILL..he basically ignored me..and gave me the chicken that was cooked some time ago and already dried out..as soon as I got to it I can see it..RIDICULOUS!! A MANAGER THAT TOTALLY IGNORES THE CUSTOMER AND WHAT THEY ASKED FOR..I was disgusted and chicken was dry and didn't even eat half of it..waste of money. I guess they never heard of customer service and never pay attention or purposely ignore what you ask for! The manager should be fired..this has been repeatedly happening and today was no exception and no excuse for this! ?????

Best fast food spot out there, their key lime pie ??

Ordered uber eats from here and received raw chicken. Never ordering from here again.
