Pollo Tropical - Coral Springs

They have false advertising on they're website when u order in the restaurant they jack prices up for freaking sides it's not a protein the food not even all that don't even fill u up lil bit azz food for them prices

This location always is missing something on my order. i had ordered a CRISPY avocado chicken salad and a Caribbean trio (with the coconut shrimp they have) and i received completely opposite orders. Got grilled chicken in my salad instead of the crispy mind you they also never give the salad chipotle dressing. At least could let us know if they don’t have it so i could pick a different sauce. As for the caribbean trio i recieved a regular trio, was super disappointed to find no shrimp in my platter…. Order was correct on my reciept but I guess employees weren’t able to make the right order ??‍ this isn’t the first time they’ve missed or got my order wrong but today especially was disappointing,.. do better please.
