Mcdonald's - Coral Springs

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. I waited nearly 10 minutes just for ketchup, while I noticed several staff members lingering in the kitchen. I even saw four customers leave without placing an order. Not everyone appreciates the self-service approach.

The restrooms were in poor condition, and the oven was out of order, which meant many hot food items weren’t available. Even the nachos we received came with cold cheese dip. It seemed like they were lacking staff. While I had no complaints about the movie or the theater itself, overall, it was a rather disorganized experience.

McDonald's is moving towards using kiosks and is neglecting customer service. I won't stand in front of a kiosk to place an order for my family of eight. The manager has a bad attitude because she refuses to take orders at the counter. It's absurd. If they continue like this, this location will just be another McDonald's that I won't support.

Ordered food for 3 adults and 2 children! We asked for double apples and in one of the bags of apple slices we literally got 1 slice of an apple. How does this make sense? How can someone putting the kids meal together not feel that there is only oneslice? I get it is fast food but the one nutritional thing in the happy meal was not so happy!

I recommend avoiding these McDonald's locations during the day or evening! They often have issues with their ice cream or shake machines. To make matters worse, the management doesn't seem to prioritize service quality.
