Dunkin' - Coral Springs

The restaurant had its ups and downs, with slow service at times and moments when I had to prepare a mobile order after waiting several minutes. However, overall, they provide decent service.

The coffee was excellent, and my bagel was delicious and warm.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a box of 50 munchkins. When I received my order, it was clear that there weren't 50 munchkins in the box. After counting, I found only 26 munchkins. I was really hoping for the full box, but I guess I'll just dispute the charge on my card. Thanks for the disappointment.

I came at exactly 8:38PM and the young did not want to take my order. he said they were closing, but I thought they closed at 9 o'clock? I wanted to spend about $80, but they close 20 minutes earlier. the owner must know!

Without fail they always forget the donuts when doing a mobile order. When you finally get the donuts they just throw them upside down and on top of each other in the same bag without any wax paper so all the frosting is stuck to the bag and off the donuts. Also the car lines can go three different directions and have seen multiple fights breakout with cars cutting one another. Chick-fil-A manages to control their much longer car lines in an organized fashion why can't they get it together here?
