China One - Coral Springs

Normally when I come to this establishment, the people are pleasant and my food is fresh. However, My last experience was terrible! The manager and the employee at the counter was so rude (which I’ve never seen these two before). After taking two hours to deliver my food, I went to the location and they tell me the driver just left. I go back home and the driver forgets my 2 liter. I also found hair in my food and the eggroll was burnt. For a $70 order this was unacceptable which I called to tell them. The girl kept hanging up the phone because she could not comprehend or understand what I was asking. Overall based on my last experience, I will never go back and they should be getting 0 stars!

This had to of been the worst Chinese food ever. I want to return the food.

Didn’t get what I asked for. No utensils in bag even though I asked on the way out. Food wasn’t good. So disappointed I called to tell them. I won’t go back.

The people were pleasant, but that was the absolute worst broccoli with garlic sauce that I have ever eaten. The sauce was dark brown(that should have let me know something was up then. and the consistency of it was not right. Also, the broccoli was not fresh. I am very disappointed being as though so many people recommended them to me as being the best around Coral Springs. Now I am going to have to drive 30-45 mins to get Chinese food. Wow!

Wish I could give zero stars for this nasty, disgusting place. I ordered food last night and found a dark bug with wings in it. This is not the first time as I see from a previous customer this has happened they seem to not care. No regards to human safety. I will not be eating from this nasty place ever again. Dirty dining list they go!!
