Contribuiți la feedbackWent there for coffee this morning I was a bit early for my hair appointment next door, sat outside for a few minutes to kill time, but the door slams every time someone goes in and out, it needs to be fixed I went in for my hair appointment, and that's all you can hear is the dam door slamming shut!!! FIX YOUR DOOR STARBUCKS.
It’s enough now with the mobile orders. People are here physically waiting in line they are getting bumped because of the mobile orders all the time. And you don’t have enough staff to facilitate all the mobile orders the walk-ins. The Staff is good and kind and they doing the best they can. But the mobile process is screwed up especially for people that are waiting in line. You should have a crew or staff just to deal with mobile and and another crew to deal with actual walk-in customers. I was standing in line for 15 mins before getting to the front of the line but mobile orders were flying out the door. No staff available to actually take orders at the till/cash desk. By the time I got the front… I just ended up leaving without placing an order because the toll staff is making sandwiches and unable ti take orders. Whoever is managing this store is doing a poor job.
Disappointing Experience with Burned Coffee and Poor Customer ServiceI recently visited this Starbucks and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Upon receiving my coffee order, I immediately noticed that it was burned and had an unpleasant taste. As a regular customer, I expected a certain level of quality that was clearly lacking on this occasion.When I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, I was met with a lack of respect and understanding. They seemed dismissive of my concerns and did not offer any resolution or apology. Their reaction left me feeling unheard and unappreciated as a customer.I believe that great customer service is a fundamental aspect of any successful business, and it was disheartening to see this lacking at Starbucks. I hope that they can address these issues and improve their quality control processes to ensure that other customers don't have to face a similar experience.
Made a mobile order. Went in at the time projected for it to be ready. Wasn’t ready. Instead the barista was talking to a customer casually and making drinks and turtles pace. Wasn’t even sure if she was mixing anything. The other lady was at the cash and making food. But she was also going in slow Mo. I understand if it wasn’t busy. But there was people and lots of orders and I wanted my food and drink. I had to leave because I was going to be late for my own work without any of my food or drink. I can understand delays and busyness. But when it’s other people’s money and time and you waste it I don’t. Put some pep in your step. Will not be ordering mobile from this store in the morning again.
I would give 6 stars to this Starbucks location, if it was possible! This one has been my favorite and luckily, my neighborhood coffee shop since my family and I moved in the area 8 years ago. I still miss the cozy sofa by the entrance, but I still see familiar faces from the past there, like Brian, who I believe has been promoted to a supervisor. There is turnover as everywhere else. but all the people here are friendly, easy-going, and super professional. They are so welcoming, too.One year, I went to grab my free cup of coffee for my birthday, and they all greeted me warmly and sung Happy Birthday to me.Another time, I mobile ordered by mistake to a different location, and they still make my coffee for free with no complaints.I want to say Big Thank you to all the staff, the owner, and particularly to Brian, for the aromatic coffee and for making me always feel welcome ?
