The Blinded Lime - Copperas Cove

This restaurant isn't open very often, but it's a charming family-owned establishment with delicious food. I appreciate that the owners involve their children in the business, teaching them the value of earning their own way in life.

This restaurant is overpriced. While I'm sure the quality is good, the prices are too high. They charge almost $8 for a foot-long hot dog, over $5 for a single roasted corn on the cob, $4.59 for a 32 oz. drink, almost $8 for a grilled cheese, over $5 for one fried Twinkie, and $1 for an 8-inch funnel cake.

I adore this cozy restaurant! The customer service is excellent and I absolutely love their food. Definitely worth checking out!

First time going there found it through door dash and it is a hidden treat. The lemonade is freshly squeezed and spot on. Both my brother and I got different fries and safe to say we will be returning. Fast service great packaging a Copperas Cove hidden gem.
