Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The fries are consistently stale, and the chicken is often served at nearly room temperature. Every time I go through the drive-thru, my order is messed up. They do fix their mistakes if you go inside, but it shouldn't be an issue to begin with. Based on the attitude and performance of most of the employees, it seems like it must be a tough place to work. The food is great when it's fresh; I just wish the management would do a better job.

The red beans and rice had been sitting so long that there was a crusty ring of beans where the food had collected. I ordered a large, but instead, I received four single servings, which didn’t even fill a large container. That feels like a rip-off since those portions wouldn’t satisfy anyone. The service was slow and somewhat rude. I ended up wasting $25 on food that was simply not good, and now I have to spend another $25 to actually get a decent meal that will fill me up. Popeyes, please improve your service or lower your prices to match the quality of the food you serve. You can't charge five-star prices for food that barely deserves one star.

I came in and already ppl were mad because food was incorrect and that already should have been a sign to leave. The cashier was clueless and she was on her phone she helped me. I had to repeat my order like 4 times and then asked her to repeat it to me because she had that d look in her face. I ordered two meals and she thought she was doing something when she combined the fries together in a large order. They are separate meals which didn’t make sense to me. Avoid this place at all costs

I'm rating a three because I don't understand how they're hardly busy (steady traffic flow) but you have to wait 10-15min every time and it seems like the cashier runs the register, the window and the back ??‍ I got the nuggets and mash potatoes with the strawberry biscuits (ahhhmaazing). Every time I come here it takes forever. This time I got here, half the crew was behind the dumpster in the back smoking. I walk in and 3 people are just standing there on their phones. It was a pre placed order for pickup so it should at least be almost done since it took me a few minutes to get there. Keep in mind that there are absolutely no other customers. I still ended up having to wait for 30 minutes after arriving to get my order. Something needs to be done about this place. Everyone loves having Popeyes in Cove now but they are ruining the reputation.
