Marble Slab Creamery - Coppell

I have been coming to this location for about 3 years now and they have never disappointed. All of the employees are so kind and always prepare my orders with care. They keep the store so clean and fully stocked. My favorite is the banana travelers mix. Delicious!

Marble Slab is usually amazing, but I was so disappointed this time. It was my first time at this particular location. I ordered what I always do, cheesecake with no toppings! It tasted like it was made with ice milk instead of cream. It wasn’t creamy AT ALL. I even tried to let it sit and soften a bit…still tasted more like ice milk not cream. The girls working were very friendly and courteous. That’s why I gave it the 3 stars…service alone deserved that. I will not visit this location again however, based on product quality.

They make the best shakes. The ice cream is so smooth and creamy. Random flavors. I love it

I used to love bringing my kids here but the lack of consistency is what made us stop going. I like the owners, they were great… unfortunately the people who work in here now are not up to par. The amount of ice cream put in our regular sized cup could have been put in a kid’s cup. Sadly, we won’t be going back
