Smoothie King - Cookeville

Let me just say that if you walk in and order, you may not know it but there may be 37 app and call in orders ahead of you. Don't let a short line fool you. Ask how many orders are ahead of yours.

I came to pick up my smoothie and was told someone already came and got it .... And knew exactly what I ordered. I told them I am charity and idk how they would've gotten my name and knew my order. It seemed like they didn't believe me as I had to show my confirmation number twice.... And waited an additional 15 minutes for them to start making my smoothie because the coworker went to the back to speak to who I assume was the manager. I've never experienced anything like this in my life and it is extremely concerning. Neither of the workers seemed like they knew what was going on. Extremely scary situation. Hope my identity isn't compromised over a $7 smoothie.

Very great tasting and healthy smoothies. They have combinations for anything wether you are wanting some energy to just want a tasty , healthy snack.

The smoothies would be better if the staff was friendlier.

Usually have no issues with this Smoothie King. However, I won't be going back after getting a gross smoothie for 10 dollars ?
