Firehouse Subs Cookeville

The service was terrible. There was no greeting. There were only 3 customers in the restaurant, including myself. There were 5 workers, but it took them 10 minutes to make a foot-long sub. The cashier threw the bag on the counter and didn't even tell me whose order it was. All I wanted was good customer service and for the workers to stop messing around and focus on their jobs. I didn't have time to wait for a sandwich that should have been ready. This experience was disappointing and affected both my satisfaction as a customer and my tip. I was told that someone from management would contact me, but no one ever did.

I went to this restaurant and was disappointed to see a staff member wearing a bandana handing out religious brochures while in uniform. I believe that personal beliefs should not be pushed onto customers, especially when they are simply there to enjoy a meal. I prefer to keep my dinner experience separate from any religious influences.

If you enjoy sandwiches, this restaurant is a great option. I sampled the beef brisket and cheddar sandwich and it was delicious. The sandwich also came with a pickle spear and was easy to eat with your hands. They offer a combo meal with a sandwich and soup. I will definitely be returning to eat here again.

I asked for double meat and paid for it, but didn't get it. also asked for wobble, and there were none if that is what they give, to pay customers better what they give, I don't mind paying, but I want what I pay!
