Ruby's Diner - Commerce

Cool American diner with old-fashioned vibes. Service is good, waiters are happy and helpful. Eating is good: had the chicken cake for starters and then a burger with a shake. Burgers are delicious and Shakes are amazing (with a plentiful selection)

For lunch with the family. I ordered the Fresh Roast Turkey Breast and all the others ordered the Deluxe BLTA. The sandwiches were nothing unusual, but they were good. I also replaced my frits for sweet potatoes that were not too warm when they arrived, so it was a slight disappointment. When our server constantly rushed, we found it difficult to get their attention, as all I wanted was one side of the ranch for the frits. When our meal was over, she could finally help us and brought us three portions of Ranch, although only one person had frits on her plate. The server cleared the two plates for the people who had finished eating, and since we were asked for the check, they asked if we wanted more fires as they were down, we did not notice that on the menu, but it would have been nice to know Q Lot earlier or at least before practical cleaning of the table. A few minutes after she brought more fries for the person who still had her plate with them, we decided to ask for the review, but again had difficulty getting her attention. I guess what made even more frustrating is that the point-of-sale machine was literally left of me and I couldn't get her attention. Overall, my experience was not great, but then this could have been a free day for the restaurant. Since the food was nothing to flee about it, I will probably choose somewhere else to eat the next time, but at least we gave this one shot. If you appreciate the diner experience as far as the decor goes, the place looks great and is a lot of fun for fans of this style. Try it yourself and let me know what you think.

Ruby never seems as good as I remember. That probably says more about me than it does Ruby's, but still. Breakfast was easy. When I climbed to my sunny side, I started to enjoy it and soak my toast into the yoke. Didn't know I tasted something I never tasted since I was a kid. When my mother put a soap bar in my mouth every time I kissed. But if you get the taste of soap in your breakfast that is on your plate, it doesn't really taste good. So I told the waitress and she said I told the manager. I waited and waited and waited. Doesn't it look like a manager really doesn't care? So I'll be back to this Ruby soon?

We order for 9 pll and the 2 times she got thr order wrong and a replacement lasted 4 ever, although the top of 55 dollars was taken away no problem. I'll think twice to go back... eat nothing from the usual. But the service must improve 100

We went for mothers day, it was a wonderful experience . The service was friendly, and very fast. We got seated right away and someone came to offer us something to drink. We ordered 4 malts, strawberry banana 8/10- it could've been colder. The food was delicious, well cooked and served with a lot of French fries. We loved this place, from the food to the v aesthetic.
