Mcdonald's

These guys are definitely the slowest McDonald's and have a poorly run drive through. I avoid ordering here when I can because it's faster to drive to anotherr McDonald's 10 minutes away than it is to place an order here. Only exceptions are when I place a mobile order and it accidentally places me here, this location makes canceling a mobile order feel like pulling teeth. You have to stay 3 miles or more away for the rest of the day to hope for a refund (McRestraining order). Avoid this location when you can, faster service can be found at the Academy location.

LITERALLY THE WORSE LOCATION EVER!! I ordered food on father’s day $45. got there at 10:10 they told me they aren’t doing breakfast anymore and that there’s nothing they could do and they cannot refund an online order! RIDICULOUS

You can't even get a cup of water here anymore. They said it's because people are stealing drinks, but why am I paying $1.50 for a damn cup of water when I can get an entire gallon of water across the street at Walmart for less than that?? What the hell has society come to?! This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. I shouldn't have to pay just because other people are dishonest

We have never had a correct order. Once, 2 of our 3 burgers didn't have meat. Every other time, it's missing a burger, missing a fry, the wrong burger, etc. The drive thru is a 20 min wait. Inside ordering is even longer. I literally loathe coming here, but of course, whenever we have the kids pick a special meal, this is what they want.

I want to give a HUGE thank you to Bella! I have been waiting a week for McDonald's to refund me, she got it done within minutes!! I'm glad I got to speak with her on these issues.
