Contribuiți la feedbackWe went in and the young lady helped us . We wanted bogo. I have about 5 teens and we'll they can get expensive So we went in. Found out it was online. Ha ha so we ordered in the place over phone. My son messed up. They canceled it put let him restart.. I swear teen boys... she was funny and just having a good day. No one else came in so we spoke and then the computer went down. Ha ha this poor girl was ready to go home. Yet she was polite, respectful and fun to be around. Well go back for her..
Sometimes the store i go to is short staffed but they still take care and give me a quality pizza
Dirty floors, poor customer service, online orders not fulfilled quickly. Zero attention paid to someone waiting unless you ask about your order. Wait time over 30 min. Avoid!!!
Usually this location is great, efficient, friendly. Not today. I absolutely understand that it may get busy at times, and I absolutely understand that today is Tuesday and there is a $10.99 special going on. However, with that being said, there’s a certain point where behavior becomes unacceptable. When a customer tries calling several times over the course of 30 minutes, and not a single one of those calls is answered, that’s a problem in itself, but when all but one of those calls is seemingly ended/canceled/hung up/whatever, that’s unacceptable, now how do I know the calls were ended/canceled/hung up? Because of my several calls, two of them properly rang and rang and rang and rang and rang for an extended period of time, as is typical of landlines, however, several of the other calls rang three or four times and then beeped and the call was ended. Then upon driving to the store instead, there’s really no order within, no line, just a crowd of people waiting inside. Even one woman mentioning that she had placed an order at 4pm that should have been ready at 5pm and it is currently after 6pm and she still didn’t have her order. I’m sure on any other day this location is still great, but not today. Do better. Be better. Train your employees how to be able to handle these kinds of days with more efficiency and more preparedness. Thank you for serving the community.
I love how much care they take to make sure that there is no cross contamination. I am highly allergic to Italian sausage and they always make sure I don't get any! Hunter is a very respectful, caring and a great employee.
