What is this abomination of a croissant? Nice people and service good views of downtown occ

Their food is good, and the feeling is on point, nice place to visit on a rainy day!

I have tried all 3 la baguettes in town now and this one held up to the standard! The food is top tier and it is such a cute and fun place to dine in Old Colorado City. I will definitely return to this location! I like all 3 in different aspects.

We have loved this place for years! We have not gone in a couple of years and my how things have changed. I got a croissant sandwich with turkey and gouda. They only put one super thin slice of turkey on the entire croissant and huge chunks of gouda. the croissant was rock hard. The front desk clerk was irritated that I did not want the Swiss that was offered. It used to come with mustard. I had to ask an employee who spoke zero English. Most of the employees in the back we tried to speak to spoke no English thus making the entire experience impossible. They were all irritable with everyone we noticed. Between the quality of the food and the inability to communicate without feeling bad for asking for the simplest things, we cannot go back. Sad

First time eating lunch with friends at La Baguette. The ham and red pepper quiche was quite tasty along with the Spring salad and homemade bread. I got a chocolate eclair to go to take to my husband. He let me have one bite and I regret not eating it myself because it was truly to die for!!
