When we were in Croatia, we noticed that all waiters and waitresses wore white shirts and black pants and always looked sharp. Biaggi's gives the same impression, and the service was excellent.I ordered the shrimp and crab cannanoli ? while my husband had the Chicken Parmesan. It came hot and was fabulous in flavor. The chicken was done nicely and was not dry.We had their black currant ice tea, which is wonderful as well. For dessert, it was the lemon sponge cake and the Gelato with chocolate ganache. ?
The service and food was absolutely amazing. I tried dishes from the gluten free menu and it exceeded my expectations.
The food was delicious and the service was great! It would probably be our new usual place for Italian food, but it really wasn't very clean. It wasn't filthy. The table and chairs were wiped down but everything else was dusty and with greasy fingerprints. Should be an easy fix so I hope to give them another chance some time.
A very unusual evening. The service is usually five stars. I sat at a dirty bar top for six to eight minutes. Asked for a bar towel. Then the bar was cleaned. Was asked twice if I was just having a drink ? would that have changed the level of service?Ordered stuffed mushrooms as my meal. Took 30 minutes. Meal was cold, but the plate was hot. Interesting.Asked for Parmesan, and was handed an empty canister. The people on both sides of me had fresh Parmesan in serving dishes. LolTalk about red headed step child! At 8:15 to 8:4O this was not peak hours. Very very disappointed this evening.Still tipped appropriately for some reason.
Made a recreation for last night(5/3 . First time being there and honestly will be the last time. Was told 5 minutes before our reservation that we would have to wait until it gets closer to our time to be seated(uh what? , even though the table we were given was empty(it was in the bar area and we could see it from where we were standing . The receptionist had a mouth full of gum and kept chewing it while talking to us and greeting other customers. When we sat down right at 6:15pm our waiter told us about the specials and gave us our bread. Bread was really good, no complaints there. It was extremely loud in the restaurant so I couldn’t really hear what my husband was saying half the time. I got the lasagna Bolognese and he got one of the specials. We also ordered two house salads. As we’re waiting for the house salads the table behind us was given two salads and I motioned to my husband that they were already eating their dinner. A minute or so later said they didn’t order it and the server grabbed them and put them at our table. After taking two bites of our salad, our food came out. So didn’t really get to eat our salads. My lasagna barely had any cheese between layers, I felt like I was just eating pasta with sauce. My husband’s pasta barely had any seafood on it so that was a disappointment. Our drinks were really good as well. We both had a dirty martini and a glass of wine.
