Panera Bread - Columbus

This location continues to be the worst. Last week i ordered a green goddess salad, no avacado, tomatoes and maybe 2 bacon bits. So not the salad i expected. Today ordered a diet Pepsi. Drive through gave a warm dr. Pepper no ice. Yuck. Too long of a line to go back. Do better. The old location at Morse and Hamilton was so much better

Good atmosphere, great service , easy rapid pick up Only feedback or suggestion was : the floor was sticky and couldn’t stand or walk short steps due to it (as it was gluey) Enrolled for 2 months unlimited sip and got my free drink plus ordered other foods ; good fresh and hot food served for pick up

I usually am ok with paying a bit more to eat out if the service and food are good. This time it was sad. They had no bread. How can you have bread in your name and run out of bread. The Mac and cheese was served cold. Not even warm. So sad. I was offered a squeezable yogurt or potato chips instead of the bread. I won't be going back to this location.

I used drive thru. I could see the place wasn't kept up. I ordered the pepperoni baguette, broccoli cheese soup mango smoothie. There was a piece of baguette thrown in bag, my pepperoni baguette wasn't prepared as advertised nor cut in half, ingredients weren't spread equally from end to end, so it was basically some tomato sauce, pepperoni cheese with a lot of bread. Was pricey for a meat cheese sandwich, soup drink.

The management is obviously lacking at this store. Ordered bagels for a Monday meeting on SATURDAY and not only did they not have it ready for pickup, they had none at all. Then was told a refund would take 7 days. Buyer beware! I won't be back to this store.
