Arby's - Columbus

The Roast Turkey Ranch Bacon Sandwich is always packed with flavor when I order it. It's light enough to make a perfect dinner choice. However, the fries were disappointing—they were cold. But the sandwich is definitely a win!

The only issue was that they didn't provide a straw. Other than that, the food was excellent, and the delivery was prompt and tidy. The service was really great this time!

I ordered four cherry turnovers but only received one, along with three that were of an unknown flavor.

I love Arbys however I have ordered this meal a couple different times and each time they have forgotten my large vanilla milkshake I dont blame this on the Dasher but I wish the restaurant in the Dasher would work together to make sure that all the order is in the bag

This Arby's really turned me into a fan of their food. Everything is always well-prepared and hot, my orders are consistently correct, and the staff is generally very friendly. The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is due to a small mix-up with my online order. I had placed an order to pick up on my way to visit my aunt, but the person at the window mistakenly thought it was a DoorDash delivery and told me to come inside. I didn't realize it at the time to clarify, so I sent my brother in instead. It would have been nice if she had asked me to confirm. It’s a bit inconvenient to order for a quick pickup and then still be asked to get out of the car!
