The Social Room - Columbia

They are permanently closed. When we arrived, the staff member informed us that they were experiencing management issues and that the social room had been closed for some time. I'm not sure why I was still able to make a reservation.

We had a fantastic girls' night at The Social Room! The food and drinks were wonderful. Since it's a cozy little spot, just be patient with the bartender—it's basically a one-man operation!

We had an amazing experience! The bartender was very knowledgeable and crafted fantastic drinks. The tiki bar has a wonderful atmosphere that makes you feel like you're on vacation right in our hometown. The food was delicious as well!

I placed an order for pickup, and it took at least 30 minutes longer than the promised time for it to be ready. When I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, they informed me that my order wasn't ready and that I would receive a text when it was. I never received the text, and I ended up waiting while watching the cook lean against the counter and eat in front of me. When I finally got my food, it was cold and my order wasn't even complete. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Delicious food, but disappointing service. The Social Room has a fun and inviting atmosphere, but the staff's attitude leaves much to be desired. They were rude and seemed more focused on squeezing extra money out of customers. I personally had a negative experience, and I’ve seen friends being treated poorly as well. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
