Panera Bread - Columbia

Do not recommend this panera at all! I have literally repeated my order correctly and still managed not to forget one, but 4 things on my order. so I hardly got the things they had forgotten, and now I have to scratch the bowl. if it had just been done right for the first time or made new. minimal effort was given when I complained. do not waste their time, go to one in the mall or on conley xoxo

All they say about the passage is absolutely true. waits in the line for litteraly half an hour for a single sandwich. the people in the inner stand around while it must sit there to pee, without being absolutely tired

I waited 30 minutes plus for a delivery order. I was never asked if I needed help, I was the only one waiting! I actually had to ask about the order, just to be informed that the screen was clear and that someone must have taken this order (essentially someone has helped them to free food) not only the customer for which I picked up, not get back their order, but I lost time and money due to this incident! I saw several employees focus more on talking than they were on the performance of submissions and if they hadn't spoken so much, they might have given me the order instead of giving it out of the window! where do I know? Because no one at the counter ordered and no one else waits, except me, so the only other place where the order could have gone was the window! I would just like to thank panera Bread staff who work this layer to help me realize the time frame in which no orders are accepted! I called several times and no one answered the phone! whoever is the manager for this layer needs more training to guide their layer and ensure that the employees address the customer's presence! I personally do not recommend this business.

This place just opened but it's filthy in the Cafe area. EVERY table top and chair seat is dirty and greasy. I saud something to the manager. She came out and washed one tabletop and left all of the remaining surfaces. Chairs are uncomfortable and whoever planned this forgot about the blinding late afternoon sun. The Grind just got a new customer.

Great staff and nice atmosphere. It is a new building and very comfortable.
