I did this to myself. My son was crying for something to eat, so I opened the box, and it felt like I had been robbed. The chicken was overcooked, and the French fries were so dried out they seemed like they'd been left out overnight. I'm asking for a refund. I will never return to this place. My son picked at the food, but I ended up going home and preparing him some fresh, healthy chicken from the meat store on Two Notch Road by Sandhill Mall.

The chicken is greasy and soggy, with the breading falling off all over the place. It hasn't been cooked properly. Given the high prices, I expect better quality and presentation that matches your advertisements.

We decided to visit because we had a craving for fried chicken. There weren’t many cars in the parking lot, likely just the employees, but the drive-thru was quite busy. A friendly gentleman took our order, and we didn’t have to wait long. The chicken was cooked to perfection, the coleslaw was delicious, and the restaurant was clean. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

Not sure who trains the employees but I think the only qualification is can you breath? Stood at the counter for 10 mins. Three employees looked at me and never offered to assist. Ashamed customer service has reach these lows. Avoid this establishment and opt for gas station snacks.

I came thrue the drive- thru and ordered 40 bucks worth of food. I repeatedly and politely asked for sauce when I ordered, at the window and again after I had to pull up and wait. Then when they brought me some sauce it wasn't at all what I asked for.
