Bob Evans - Columbia

Eating is so great here, love the unlimited banan bread. pretty sure they can't say on the menu they can exchange their biscuits/pfanncake etc for bananenbrot, but they should be 100% amazing. we came here and had a phenomenal waitress, the best waitress I had in years, which is extremely impressive because the food here is cheaper, so tips are obviously smaller. I think her name was amy, not sure, but she had dirty blonde hair and glasses that I think and was phenomenal. large portions and prizes and in which not wait too long. will come back in any case!

I usually love to eat at Bob Evans, but this day I don't know if the kitchen was short handed or they didn't know how to cook. I had to send back pancakes and my eggs were cooked wrong. Angela my server was above awesome. I would have gave her 5 stars but I believe that no one or anything is perfect and and cannot improve. Not that she wasn't excellent cause she was. I can't say enough great things about Angela and her great service.

Very clean restaurant. But it took 45 minutes to get our appetizer (lukewarm by the time we got it). 10 minutes later we got our main course. Our waitress waited until we were done with our food before she finally came back to offer refills for our drink. And my chicken was burnt. I could understand slow service if they were understaffed, but they were not. And they weren't that busy. Won't be back.

Came in at 945, by 10:50 we still didn't have our food. Everyone who came in after us had ate and left already. Once we were given our food TWO of our meals had hair on them from the kitchen crew. DISGUSTING. NOT TO MENTION the attitude and disrespect we felt from the manager. If i could rate this store a 0 stars i would've.

I usually enjoy Bob Evans there aren't any Bob Evans in California so when I'm in the east coast I stop as often as I can. Food was really bad they gave me burnt bacon dried out scrambled eggs. I only ordered the mini sampler and the only thing good was the toast I don't think you could ruin toast. The server was overworked and it showed. I don't blame him. Really big disappointment since I usually enjoy Bob Evans.
