Classic old style Diner!!!!! True Americana, great places like this need to be around forever!!!! Staff was AWESOME very friendly fun!!! Food was FANTASTIC!!!! 10 stars, not just 5!!! My wife and I loved it and our experience, we will always go back to Prospect Diner!!

This little place is a delicious blast from the past. Small and quaint, it is more affordable than other breakfast joints. Highly recommend. They don't have any dairy free alternatives though, I asked and the server said the owner wasn't into offering other options. I had tge Amish Baked Oatmeal, it was delicious. My son had Texas grilled cheese breakfast sandwich, he liked it, took half home. My husband got the Country style omele, he said was delicious and VERY cheesy.

Yummy food! Low prices! Good service with a smile: Parking: Not very many parking spots, and it’s right off a busy road, but it seems like it’s usually enough for the size of the place.

Sure, it’s dated, but nostalgic in its original form… but the food? WOW! You want authentic Diner style breakfast? You came to the right place! Classic delicious scrapple perfectly crisp on the outside with salty softness on the inside. Potatoes were perfection. Grits better than I’ve ever had in my entire life, and I’m half a century old, been seeking good grits all my life! I didn’t even have to salt them! Service? Fantastic! Sure the parking is roadside or in the dirt on the point, but if you can get past these unique characteristics, you’ll soon be enjoying a delicious breakfast that will not disappoint! Come see for yourself. Open for breakfast only! Parking: Parking is either roadside, or in the point between where two roads come together. Yes it’s uneven, but come anyway. Worth it!

My daughter, granddaughter and I were here this morning May the 4th be with you, we didn't get to stay and eat due to personal emergency, but, Prospect staff was, so understanding and amazing , and we are planning a trip back soon because it's clean and friendly and we very much want to add stickers to the bathroom wall with your permission of course. I highly recommend the scrapple .
