Taste - Colorado Springs

Today, I visited the CO Springs Summer Vegan Market at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center at Colorado College, and we had lunch at TASTE. It seems that the menu has been updated to feature more vegan options. We ordered a vegan curry dish and a vegan fruit gazpacho soup. The curry was delicious, but the sauce was a bit too thick and dry when combined with the rice and other ingredients; I would have preferred it to be a bit smoother. Additionally, it was on the salty side for my taste. However, the fruit gazpacho was excellent. The terrace offers a wonderful and spacious view. Our waiter was outstanding—very friendly and accommodating, as were all the staff. The menu also has some other intriguing options worth trying.
