I was in the food and coffee twice, once for dinner and cocktails. At any time of the day, everything here is very affordable. It is probably one of the most affordable specialties restaurants I was what makes sense, as vegetarian food options tend to be less expensive than non vegetarian meals. I'm lucky to try a good piece of menu, eat family style with friends, and I liked everything. The presentation is good, the balance, portion size and unique quality of each item is great, and it is just all very delicious. I recommend the caps or lentils for your entree. Tempura Broken Pommes are a great app. Expected vegan offers make a look like a Buddha bowl type dish, salads, seitan, etc. The desserts are also on the point. If you order Brussels sprouts, you will receive a side of the sauce or a lemon wedge. If you get the burger, I recommend asking for extra tomato chutney and pickles. Coffee is properly prepared (usually it will definitely be a step under the best coffee in the city prepared by professional baristas, cheap, and roasted by either Loyal Coffee or Story Coffee Co, so it is great. Both dripping and espresso drinks are served, including caffè affogato with homemade ice cream. Yum. The cocktail menu concentrates on bright, refreshing drinks, and most non-liqueur products are made on site, such as the Mary mix or various syrups (coffee liqueur, someone's and citrus. All I tried was well balanced, with high-quality ingredients, and attractive. There are no cocktails that use Vermouth or Amaro, like Manhattans, Martinis, Negronis and the like. However, they wear Lillet Blanc, Punt e Mes and Amaro Averna, and I see some beautiful Manhattan/Champagne style coups. Methinks can safely order the menu here. The room is attractive, but still a little naked. Because there is no carpet, the father sounds, and it's not hard to hear a conversation about the restaurant when it's otherwise quiet. Nevertheless, the sound level here is usually quite pleasant. The service was great. If it is not obvious, everything is completely vegan, and if you are really strict, you can rest easily; the bar manager called every wine producer directly to confirm there is no isinglass fining, no honey is used, etc. I recommend this new restaurant.
The food was tasteful and very nicely plated. The drink was... (strawberry blond). We enjoyed the cabbage rolls, but there were only 3 and while shaking an appetizer it would have been nice to have another one. It seemed like they weren't super busy on a Thursday night, but we never got more water and waited for our check. The Cauliflour steak was beautiful and crispy and the Fliesuccine was delicious.
Great vegan spot in Colorado Springs, even better than City o City and Watercourse in Denver. The flavors are as well balanced and not super salty/over savory as many other vegan restaurants. It's playful, but it's definitely worth it. The thai iced tea doesn't taste like real thai iced tea, but it tastes like froot dishes, so it's still a victory.
Super great service, food was delicious! Prices are great. So hard to find an All Vegan restraunt in Colorado Springs. We loved it.
