Modern Market Eatery - Colorado Springs

I came to this restaurant for lunch during the workweek. I was greeted warmly and received great attention at the front order counter. I ordered a Baja chicken salad with a side of macaroni and a ginger peach lemonade. The salad had a great taste, but the dressing was lacking in salt. The salad leaves were too large and the bowl was overfilled, making it difficult to cut them smaller. Everything tasted fine, but I wish the salad had more of a contrast in textures for a more enjoyable bite. The drink was delicious. However, the macaroni and cheese did not meet my expectations. I prefer a homemade mac and cheese with a baked crust. This version was too creamy and lacked flavor for my taste. I found it to be overpriced at $20.

We ordered dinner as a group for pickup and received most of our order, but our 3 curry bowls were missing the curry. The steak bowl was overcooked and lacked flavor. When we called about the missing curry, we only received a refund for the side of curry, even though it was a main component of the dish. The salmon was also very dry. Overall, we would not recommend this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is fantastic - fresh, light, and clean. There are so many healthy options to choose from, making it an absolute favorite.

This place is great! the staff was friendly and helpful, everything on the menu sound good and I needed help to decide! the Thai kokosschale I had was gigantic and very tasty and fresh. my man had a steak sandwich that was also very good. the drinks here are also very good and there is a lot of variety. we will definitely visit this place!

We sat 8n the drive through for 45 minutes before we finally received our order which was placed in advance to our arrival. There we no customers inside so I don't know what took so long. They did have a live band inside and I felt completely ignored. Foods was pretty good but not worth that long of a wait.
