Fazoli's - Colorado Springs

Place is an absolute classic! unlimited breadsticks eat! I had 3 plates myself. about 18 bars. then I went on to eat about 2 bowls of pasta. I usually eat beyond my capacity here, well at the place to be comfortable. that is the name of the game when they have to do with free broth sticks.

For some reason my son loved this place when he visits. He has ordered 2 different times for me, my birthday, mother 's day. And had it delivered, both times. Well the food was cold, forgot my salad, no sauce for the bread sticks. Just bread sticks and cold pasta. The delivery person said oh well . The restaurant doesn 't seem to care at all. I 'm done with you people.

I ordered food online because I don 't have a license nor a car to be able to go in person. I ordered directly on the website. They said that the food was being made, the order recieved and we would get it at the latest by 2:06 PM. It has been nearly over an hour since I was told this. They used doordash to deliver the food, which we never received. I have been on hold with them as of now for 15 minutes (on hold with doordash). I called the restaurant and they basically said, Well, it was picked up from our facility so now it 's doordash 's problem. I paid nearly $60.00 for food I never received. I am upset and will probably not be using their website online any longer. We have also had problems with doordash which started yesterday after we almost were out of yet another order that we thought we had never received. The website said it was delivered, when it wasn 't and it showed up an hour late. I asked for the food to be remade, and the order was never delivered. We assumed that our dasher ate it. I have the same suspicions with this one.

The workers here were incredible, pizza was wonderful, and the unlimited breadsticks were super fat and delicious!

I love Fazoli her food especially her bread sticks and the price is excellent. Olive Garden has to learn how to make bread sticks as good as Fazoli and has to calculate half as much for their spaghetti
