Cucuru Gallery Cafe - Colorado Springs

We came to a late lunch on Sunday. We had the Ccubano sandwich and guacamole. The clobular guacamole was perfect! I could have eaten all alone! Cubano was really good, it's up there with the best I ever had. Mojito was so fresh and a ton of mint, I loved it! The staff was limited, so it took a while for food, but the front terrace is so beautifully shaded under the trees, we have nothing against it.

Fantastic food and great atmosphere. It was extremely disappointing that this place was not packed when I came here.

This is an amazing restaurant. Definitely recommend if you were a first timer in the area as I was! Our waitress was absolutely the best and recommend the best things on the menu!!

Very good! So fresh from the drinks sangariarita for food. We had chips and fresh guacamole to start, then the Cuban and the Gambas aguacate. I don't know when I had something so fresh and delicate. The atmosphere is eclectic, but don't let the fool know how good the food is. It was great.

We had a great and unique experience here. Such a cool little spot. We felt like we were in our grandmother's house having a nice meal. It was so comfortable and the live music was great. The food was really good, portions good, and prices on point. We got veggie tostadas, tri tips, and tomato and pesto, all were flavorful. The jalepeno margaritas were worth the trip, a MUST. Service was perfect also, there is a back patio that looks super fun also! Oh yeah and a huge piece of hot apple pie....
