Bistro - Colorado Springs

Fantastic food truck. Meats are used by Callacrate / Ranch foods directly, which is a game changer. They cook food to order, so they warn you of a wait. But that's what I think the food should be. It's delicious and doesn't let you kiss after the farewell. The people who work here are also very nice. And good portions of food. I always get her Burrito shell with Steak. Very recommended!!!

Nice staff, good selection of foods. Street Tacos were amazing. I wasn't a fan of rice, but the beans were the best I ever had that they taste like Jalapenos. Good price too. I wasn't on Wednesday, so I couldn't try horchata, so I'm going back.

Hands down delicious tacos! The red sauce is perfect. Will still return 100%. Plus very friendly staff. 10 of 10 would recommend

I wasn't a fan of their chili fries and don't care too much for the chicken here but everything else on the menu is worth coming here for. The portions are perfect and quality guaranteed. The workers here are always kind and friendly too.
