Applebee's Grill - Colonial Heights

Food was pretty good. There was no celery with my wings and no marinara sauce with my cheese sticks. But as per usual there, poor service makes the headlines. I keep trying to give them any chance but the dont do much to deserve it! :

Our waiter was great that he was there enough without floating to make sure everything was good that our drinks were filled. I wish I could remember his names, but he was great! our food was great! hot and fresh and served in a timely great experience thanks! we had to wait about 20 minutes and it didn't look very busy, maybe short staff? that was the only part, but the service and the food for it.

The spicy, boneless wing, where great and the speck mac and cheese was also good. I didn't care about the rips because they seemed dry. I prefer my ribs to be wet, but everything was good.

Food was great...service was great. Our bartender was nice and made sure we were good the whole time! We went around lunch time. Not many people, so that's good. Food came out in a timely manner. Drinks were delicious!

Food was good, and the quantity is very price appropriate. Wait staff at the Applebee's pick up window was friendly and my wait time was minimal.
