I would rate this a zero star if I could. I've dine at Red Lobster many times but this was the most horrific meal I have ever had in my life. Just horrible. The waitress was ok but she bought out items twice that was incorrect. The pasta was bland and packed with tons of garlic. See photo.

Great seafood and awesome selection of different kinds of shrimp. They have scrumptious cheddar baked biscuits. They are to die for. Fast service and friendly staff. Clean restaurant. They have delicious steak that come with two sides. I eat here about once a week. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Well we had to wait for at least 30 minutes to get a table because the hostess said they were short. After ordering our food we saw at least 4 waitresses serving food. I ordered some soup. I asked the waitress did crackers come with it and she said yes. Overall her courtesy and politeness was good.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the manager. The waitress at the front desk did a better job of communicating with the customers. The manager was giving customers an attitude. Waited 45 mins to get seated before we decided to leave. Just by looking at the reviews here, how is this location still open/in-service. Corporate/ regional management will be hearing from this. But after seeing bad reviews and complaints from this location from the previous months it seems not even management cares about this. It seems like anybody without work experience can get a job just about anywhere in this town. Glad I?m here only for a few weeks..

Waitress Faith was phenomenal! We noticed a lot of light colored bugs at a table across from us. We informed the Waitress to make sure she did not seat anyone there. She reported it to her manager who came over, looked at the table and walked off- he did not clean the table. ? We ordered items that were unavailable and had to keep changing our order. The Waitress and customer service was nice-that?s it. We love Red Lobster, just won?t go to this location again.
