Biggby Coffee - Coloma

I visit this restaurant a few times a month and have consistently had a positive experience. Yes, service can be a bit slow at times, but if you think you could do better, you might just be a bit out of touch. It's important to be kind; I always tip whenever I go, even if it's just some spare change. Many of the negative reviews seem harsh, yet those same people keep returning. If it's truly such a terrible place, why do they keep coming back without leaving a tip and only complaining about the hard-working staff in their reviews? I just don't understand the mindset of some older patrons!

The McDonald's frappe tastes better. If they stopped asking for tips so much, they might actually receive more. Every time I visit this place, I get asked, "Would you like to leave a tip on the card?" My answer is always no, and I'm definitely not stingy.

The drinks are great and the service is usually prompt, but it's nearly impossible to get hot food here. We’ve visited several times over the past few months, and their bagels have been lukewarm at best. So unless you enjoy breakfast sandwiches with cold eggs, sausage, unmelted cheese, and untoasted bread, I recommend opting for the muffins or donut holes instead!

Every drink on this menu is pure gold. Just an absolute delight to drink. Big fan of their frozen drinks as well as the hot. It's definitely high in sugar and calories though, so consume thoughtfully.

I?ve been to this location many times. The service continues to get worse. It took over 25 minutes today to receive a simple iced coffee. The staff seems confused and unaware on how to perform a simple task. When I asked for a copy of my receipt to see what time I placed my order the cashier rudely threw it at me and it wasn?t even the correct receipt. I would avoid this location at all costs.
