Pizza Pizza - Collingwood

The pizza was terrible and the service was extremely rude. The sauce was scarce and the toppings were sparse. If roasted garlic is too difficult, use fresh garlic instead. It's not worth the price. I believe they only put 2 or 3 pieces of pepperoni on the entire pizza. The waitress who took our order didn't even remember my husband 15 minutes later and tried to serve the next customer while he was still waiting and had already paid. Another customer who ordered after us got their pizza before us. We will not be returning, do not recommend, and thought the pizza was awful.

The pizza took a full 20 minutes to be prepared, but the quality was excellent. I was glad that my order was for takeout, as I had been sitting next to the window where hundreds of ants were streaming up and down the frame.

We decided to dine at this restaurant because it was close to where we were staying. It was only a minute's walk away. We ordered a medium pizza with donair meat and vegetables. The pizza took 35 minutes to prepare. Unfortunately, when we opened the box, the pizza had cooled down and was lacking in meat. The service was subpar, with the employee appearing disinterested and unhappy. Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from this place again.

We order Pizza Pizza Pizza Pizza for years in the 5 Balsam Street location! No more! After new owners, our thick crust pizzas are thin and burnt! They scaled back to the sauce! Pays extra for bacon strips, got 3 fat-thin pieces and...only 8 thin slices of tomatoes. The funnel cake friars were also burned and tasted like old roasted funnel friars during the day! We do not recommend this location or the one in Thornbury! We have tried to inform the owners and no change. They do not seem prepared and served for the quality of food! What a taste for the food industry. We know pizza locations are franchise and a business, but these flag ship companies have sold loyal customers from all the powerful dollars!

I’ve been eating fries for 50 years and these the worst I’ve ever eaten or should I say not eaten! They were the cheapest product of food any food that I’ve put in my mouth it was like eating drywall deep fried gross! Please stick...to Pizza because fries are not your thing! Won’t be back ever!!!!
