Ashanti Coffee - Collingwood

I had a ginger, lemon tea. Thumbs up. The coffee is very good. Skor brownie was delicious. We loved the atmosphere. Great tables to read a book, do some work or have a nice chat!

Lovely place to have a specialty tea or coffee and a bite to eat. Great staff too, helpful and friendly.

Went to Ashanti Coffee in Collingwood because of all the wonderful reviews. We ordered a regular coffee, iced coffee and two breakfast sandwiches. We were very confused that we had to get our own coffee, no one told us. Then went to find seats where we were unsure if we were to be served our sandwiches or wait for them at the counter. After waiting 15 minutes for our sandwiches to be warmed up in the press, they came burnt to a crisp. We wished that the operation of the establishment was communicated to us as new patrons and that our food had not been burnt. We will not be visit again.

I visited with a business friend a few weeks ago for the first time, and really enjoyed their coffee and the ambiance.I visited it yesterday with my wife. She had the house latte and I had an americano. Both were excellent. We both really liked the feel of the place as we enjoyed our coffee. Both times we received prompt and pleasant service.

Their site had a yelp check in discount incentive but when I asked about it I was tole it was a Mother's day deal. The incentive did not mention any time frame. Staff was bit snippy. Coffee was pretty good.
