Contribuiți la feedbackThe Marietta Location needs improvements, starting with customer experience. We found this place last week and picked up a menu. Well, if you scan the QR code on the menu, your order will go to the Griffin location. When we went to pick up the food at Windy Hill, they didn't have our order. Then I noticed the site was incorrect. Be advised that the Manager was rude and unwilling to help correct the situation. We just placed another order at that location because this was a late meal. I called Chownow to cancel the other order, but the Manager at the Griffin location refused my refund, so I had to escalate my complaint with Chownow about their menu. With all the trouble, one would hope the food was really good. It's not the food is subpar. The green bean is terrible. The fish was salty and overcooked. The hushpuppies lacked seasoning and were also overcooked. This was my first and last time visiting this location; they have too many problems. We will not be coming back!
The male cashier at the counter is very rude. Upon entry I noticed they had lemonade. I asked hey how sweet is your lemonade. He responded the lemonade is right here. I said yes but I haven’t tasted it. From that point he just got very nasty. I ended up not even placing an order so I’m not very sure how the food is.Service: 1/5
Wow, what can I say about this place. Not many are left around, especially in the Atlanta Metro area. The location isn't the best, but it works for the Old National Area, and parking is at a minimum. The food is always hot and made to order.
The fish is always good and well seasoned. I got the 10pc trout with Mac and cheese and sweet potato puffs. Everything was excellent. The hushpuppies were just right. I saw some new guys in the kitchen). I gave it a 4 because the interior is a little dated, so I never dine-in.Food: 5/5
As many times as I have passed this place over the years I never tried it until today. Came for lunch with some coworkers and we all had catfish dinners with sides. I had 2 pc with baked beans and onion rings. The fish was good but I'm not a fan of meal breading, I like flour coating more. The baked beans were cold but the onion rings were good. Everyone said they food was ok and not great. The store needs some upgrades. Kind of old looking but it was clean i give them that.Prices are reasonable if youre lookong to spend less than $15 for a plate. Idk if I would ever come back again. I'll stick to other places I know.
