Checkers - College Park

That night, there were two young men working at the restaurant as I waited 20 minutes to place my order. However, when I reached the drive-thru, the cashier was incredibly rude! Additionally, half of the menu items were not available. When I finally got my food, it was cold. The fries were cold, the cheese on the burger was icy, and they did not prepare it according to my instructions.

Get it together... Do you expect food delivery drivers to wait in the freezing rain while you ignore them for 20 minutes?! Myself and at least 5 other drivers waited over 1 hour for our orders!! The line was not moving at all, while the dining line was constantly clearing out. Something is definitely not right here.

This restaurant demonstrates both incompetence and laziness. They consistently give away food to the wrong customers, setting a new standard of subpar service. It is frustrating and unacceptable.

The worst service ever! Employees not taking or making any orders, won't come to the drive thru windows, and we have been stuck in the drive thru lane for over 40 minutes! Rude employees have their friends pulling up and chatting outside the restaurant, while we wait in line! Zero stars from me!!!!!
