Kfc - Coldwater

The workers here were definitely odd, but they did a good job. And the chicken was excellent.

We went there for a 8 piece family meal. What the gave us was 8 tiny pieces of chicken 4 legs and 4 wings. $40 for 4 wings and 4 legs. They said that was all they had but still charged us the $40. Unfortunately we will not be going back to this KFC which is our home town

Extra crispy? More like extra soggy. They threatened me that my order was right and that I would not receive a refund but failed to mention how the chicken would have the texture of a wet sock.

The last two times my chicken looks like it sat under heat for hours! Tough and overcooked!

I'm from out of town and stopped here since it was right by the highway. Around 7 o'clock went through the drive thru where there's a sign that says no refunds we guarantee we make your order right.I ordered a 3 piece dark meat meal. 1 was burnt to a crisp. 1 was decent. The other didn't even look fully good and the skin was slimy not even crunchy at all.If you have a sign like that you should expect higher quality.
