Bob Evans - Coldwater

On Saturday, May 28, 2022, my husband and I dined at this restaurant, a place we have visited frequently with always pleasant experiences. However, this time our visit was exceptional, largely thanks to our waitress, Sophia. She was incredibly cheerful, attentive, and respectful of our orders. Our meals arrived just as we requested, and she checked in on us multiple times throughout the meal, ensuring our drinks were refilled before they ran low. Thank you, Sophia, for making our experience so wonderful. We truly appreciated it!

We want to extend a big thank you to our waitress, Mikaya, for her outstanding service today. We informed her that we were on a tight schedule for a quick lunch, and she handled everything perfectly! The food was excellent as well. Great job, Mikaya! Thank you once again.

The food was delicious. Although the server forgot to take our drink order, she made sure to provide plenty of water. Fortunately, she didn’t forget our food order, and everything was served promptly and accurately.

I live in Washington State and the next Bob Evans is hundreds of miles away, so I am in town every time to visit family I eat here. What my experience every time I'm in me, I can't say that I had a bad one, so a chain restaurant have this kind of service for the many years I only have so much to do.
