Arby's - Coconut Creek

The restaurant was dirty, and we should have realized it was going to be a chaotic experience when a man walked in with us, only to find out that one of the bags he had wasn’t his—he had ordered five bags. From that point on, everything went downhill. As a customer, I’m honestly pleading: please don’t let this place turn into another Quiznos. I’ll update my review if things improve.

This is hands down the slowest Arby's I've ever visited. They seem to juggle the drive-thru stats by having you pull past the drive-thru line to the stop sign, only to end up waiting an additional 10 minutes for your food—despite the fact that the restaurant was empty. If you're looking for fast food, I would recommend avoiding this location.

I stopped by for a quick meal at 6:30 and was surprised to find the place nearly empty. I ordered dinner and a large shake to go for my wife, who's been having a tough week. The young man at the counter took my order without making any eye contact and mumbled something as I paid. When I received my order, I noticed that the shake was a regular size instead of the large one I had requested. The kid simply told me that I hadn’t been charged for a large shake and then walked away. He didn’t offer any solutions, didn’t ask if I wanted to pay the extra 60 cents for the large shake, and didn't even apologize or suggest providing the large shake instead. He just walked off, losing a customer who had previously chosen Arby's for years. One day he might wonder why he’s been a fry cook for 20 years, but that wasn't on his mind today. I told my wife to enjoy the small milkshake, as some things just aren’t worth the hassle. This experience has added to my growing list of disappointments with fast food. Thanks, Arby’s!

I go there for the Gyros. My gold standard for a Gyro is the food truck parked outside of Grand Central Station in Manhattan. Arbys' Gyro is just as good.

1st didn’t make order. Then jamocha shake was vanilla with some pink and barely any flavor. Not the most friendly place to eat with wife and daughter and 30 bucks for 3 sandwiches 1 popper, and small shake.
