Papasan's Vietnamese - Cocoa

The vegan options are many and are very tasty, however, the environment could use a little improvement. The premises need repair and seem slightly dirty. Prices are kind of high in my opinion for a restaurant of this type. Overall, I enjoy coming here because the food is so good, especially the vegan curry and pho! My husband and I came here before our cruise. We frequent many Vietnamese places in New York so we have high standards. We ordered the spring roll tofu bun, tofu texture was excellent, I don't understand why there was a spring roll in there- they were a bit mushy once you added the sauce. The flavor was fine. All in all not what I am used to but equally delicious in it's own .

My man and I came here before our cruise. we have many Vietnamese places in new york, so we have high standards. we ordered the spring roll tofu beung, tofu textur was excellent, I don't understand why there was an early roll there - they were a bit muddy as soon as they added the sauce. the taste was good. all in all not what I am used to, but also delicious in it.
