Contribuiți la feedbackThe hub was recommended to me and frankly, I was very underwhelmed. The cafe looks very worn (tables and chairs) , needs a refresh. The table, where I sat, by the fireplace is all scratched up. In addition, I ordered from their menu a Caesar salad and they did not have, though it was on their menu. They alternately offered me their house salad, which was mixed greens, tomatoes and cheese. That’s it. I asked if they at least had cucumbers... Nope, ran out. I ended up just getting an Americano, which was average. This cafe reminds me of something I would see in a rural, small town who is trying to make a business run but, has seen its best days a couple years ago. Hope their sales are better than that.
Quaint place. Great evening entertainment, great food and desserts! Atmosphere was very family oriented and great service! Loved every minute of it! Would recommend this place for anyone!
My wife and I had a voucher for The Hub, and today we decided to use it shortly after she finished work for the day. This was our first visit, but it definitely won't be our last. When we entered, we were warmly greeted by a man who I assume is the owner. Not knowing how much was on the voucher (it was a gift to my wife from a grateful parent), we went ahead and ordered two coffees and a panini each. My wife chose turkey, while I opted for ham. The paninis were made to order, not pre-prepared like some chain coffee stores. First, we were served two generous cups of hot coffee in warm mugs. The coffee had a great flavor and wasn't bitter at all. A few minutes later, our paninis arrived. They were on focaccia bread and had a wonderful flavor, possibly the best paninis I've ever tasted. You could really taste the olive oil. They were filled with plenty of ham or turkey, fresh tomatoes, lettuce, and a delicious sauce. The cafe wasn't too busy, but there was a steady flow of customers, all of whom were well taken care of by the presumed owner. The cafe is spacious and very clean, despite the recent unfavorable weather conditions. The restroom is modern, very clean, and easily accessible. Parking is convenient outside, and the entire place is wheelchair accessible. Definitely worth a visit, and we will certainly be returning.
I go here often, I enjoy their coffee, and their cheesecake. The breakfast sandwiches are alright. I really enjoy how they serve wine etc, and coffee. I also like grabbing a game off the shelf and meeting with friends here. Staff have always been nice and professional.
Good coffee, tasty sandwiches and some wonderful home made cheesecakes and other desserts. Clean, welcoming and bustling. Wish I lived here instead of just visiting as it would become my favorite local coffee shop
