Mehtab East Indian Cuisine - Cochrane

Surpasses any other Indian cusuine I've had to dateSucculent meats and saucy sauces so full of flavor and a nice spicy punch.

I enjoyed it lol, girlfriend said it was average, will_Prob go try the lunch buffet sometime

We really enjoy Indian food and having grown up on it I tend to be quite picky__This place certainly did not disappoint.

I am not an adventurous diner, so I was very surprised and pleased to find such really delicious, wholesome and varied foods available in Mehtab's luncheon buffet. Also my wife is gluten intolerant and she was able to enjoy the full buffet excepting one desert. I try to stay away from strong spices, but of the many Indian dishes I tried none were too strong, and all were just perfectly prepared, fresh and delicious. My wife and I ate our fill and will do so again when we visit Cochrane. The ambiance was pleasant and the service was friendly.
