Mehtab East Indian Cuisine - Cochrane

Awesome food! Friendly people! Great service! Best Indian food I've had in a long time! Love to go again great place for anytime lunch or dinner! Next time family visiting we're going again! Found out my daughters have been going without me haha! Definitely going again!

I am not an adventurous diner, so I was very surprised and pleased to find such really delicious, wholesome and varied foods available in Mehtab's luncheon buffet. Also my wife is gluten intolerant and she was able to enjoy the full buffet excepting one desert. I try to stay away from strong spices, but of the many Indian dishes I tried none were too strong, and all were just perfectly prepared, fresh and delicious. My wife and I ate our fill and will do so again when we visit Cochrane. The ambiance was pleasant and the service was friendly.

This is an excellent Indian restaurant in Cochrane. A true small-town gem. The food is of excellent quality. In particular I would recommend the okra and eggplant dishes for vegetarians. The service is also excellent. A regular haunt for sure.

Defnitely one of the best restaurants in Cochrane. The menu offers varying levels of heat and the staff guide you through the options. Very polite and attentive wait staff. Extremely fast service.
