Half Hitch Brewing Company - Cochrane

This is my favorite place! The food is amazing, they change the menu up a bit every now and then, which is refreshing. My most favorite meal is the chicken and waffles... they ate to die for! My favorite ale is the farmers daughter. Totally worth the drive to Cochrane.

We booked the upstairs private room on Saturday night for a birthday party and absolutely loved it! It is such a comfortable room with lots of tall tables, two comfy couches (complete with board games), bathrooms and access to the upper deck (requested). Our server Breane was simply amazing and cheerfully served 25 people in a very warm room making countless trip up those stairs! I had pre ordered food and it arrived right when requested. The flatbreads are absolutely delicious! There was issue with the a/c so the room was warm so we moved back and forth from the upper deck. It was probably the hottest day of the year so we were not surprised by the heat. We were checked in on several times by Breane and other servers to ensure we were getting what we needed and to apologize for the warm room. We will definitely be booking this room again when needed. Oh and the beer is delicious

We went there the other night and sat at bar for beer and nachos. Loved the atmosphere and had a lot of fun! The food and drinks were delicious and the staff were super friendly! What a great place!!
