Edo Japan - Cochrane

Since the renovation, I think that this is the best Edo that I have been to. The space is clean and fresh. The food was yummy and the staff was very kind and friendly. I will definitely be back. My husband and I love Edo, definitely our favorite fast food. We don't normally eat at the Cochrane location however and found it disappointing. Our noodles were overcooked, our spring rolls were pale white with veggies still hard inside, we requested sauce on the side and were given sauce on our noodles plus more on the side. I ordered no sauce on my Sukiyaki Beef meal due to an allergy. I arrived home to find teriyaki sauce all over the meal. I was told I needed to order it as steam only. We have probably purchased the meal this way 15+ times without saying stream-only. They say I have to drive down back down to exchange it. Very frustrating as the store is 15 minutes away. The good at edo has gone way down. U oay more and get less. The veggies are scarse, and ur lucky if they get cooked enough. The portion size has definitely gone down.
