I waited at the drive-thru for over 25 minutes. I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes without receiving any response. The person on the speaker did not say anything.

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered coffee and a tea biscuit and ended up waiting in line behind a person at the window for over 10 minutes. It seemed like the person ahead of me had either called in their order or ordered online, which made the wait even more frustrating. Especially during lunchtime, when people don't have all day to wait for their food. When I finally got to the window, I expressed my frustration at waiting over 10 minutes. The staff member was very rude and when I asked if my tea biscuit was warm, she replied curtly that it was only a little warm. I have been a customer at this restaurant for years, but this experience left me extremely disappointed.

Service is terrible. When you go through drive through its way tooo slow below average for any restaurant. The screen at the drive thru is blinding. Instead of a blinding white background they should have something more subtle like a black background with white font. Geez I feel like I committed a crime and the police search chopper is looking for me every time I go though here what the heck. Can't believe this passed though Corporate.The bagels have drastically decreased in sizeWonder how big they will be next year. This restaurant has gone down the drain. Hard to believe they are still making money. People working there are incompetent. You place ypur order at the drive thru only to be asked same questions when you get to the window. Terrible. I rather pay 10 dollars for a coffee at Starbucks at this point and save 15 minutes of waiting at the drive thru waiting.

It is very well organized and professional. They definitely try to get your order right. If not, they will make it. With the renovated seating area. Great access for handicapped with parking. And installed bathroom. It creates a nice relaxing atmosphere. I'm hooked on their artisan sandwiches. Had a nice tea to finish it off. It was a nice break in the middle of a hustle bustle day.
