8 of us ordered last night 15 minutes before it closed and everything was perfect. Great work. Thank you, boys.

18 people in our group served and sat on commands in 17 minutes with ZERO errors. Very impressed by their crew they worked! Even more impressed when I heard an employee say to the other nice job guys.

On my arrival in the door I was greeted by the staff with an enthusiastic welcome. I made my order and asked it would be okay to make pictures of the facility and was told by the manager that it would be okay. I got my food just after a few photos from the lobby. The food looked much better than my experience from a location in Parma Ohio during my last visit to this franchise. The tables and floor are very clean as well as the ceiling tiles ventilation and lights, apart from 2 spots from a leak the appearance is immaculate. My food was nothing less than what I would expect from this remnant, Delicious, the fries did not taste of old oil or metallic, the burger had the right part of the spices, the soda was properly carved and tasted properly. The only thing I could owe this facility would not be with a self-serving Soda-Foutian. Keep the great work and amazing service at this point!

I asked for my burger to be cooked off fresh and it was ,it was juicy and hot,I have to say that it was one of the best I have ever had from Wendy's. Most of the time I get flack from even management from the one's in downriver Michigan. Thank you for giving me the respect and Customer experience that I look forward to in places where I spend my money.
